even after canada post strike ended and normal postage, i did not receive the item. it is not the sellers fault that that happened, as Canada post strike was hard to get through. however, even when i messaged her requesting a refund she just told me to go through Etsy to get a refund instead. their work is beautiful but not very polite. i wouldn’t recommend as if you have a problem with your delivery/product, i don’t think you’d get help from them.
